Blooming — 5-Day Guided Reflection Mini Journey
Open gently. Receive small joys. Hold joy and fear.
Blooming is a 25-page, five-day guided reflection mini journey for opening gently to tenderness, small joys and hope without asking fear to disappear.
It may meet you when something meaningful is becoming real slowly, when much is shifting inside while little is visible outside, or when joy and fear arrive together.
Rather than asking you to perform positivity, Blooming offers a softer way to notice what is opening, receive small moments of aliveness and let tenderness arrive in its own time.
Your five days
Day 1 — Opening to Tenderness
Day 2 — Receiving Small Joys
Day 3 — The Power of Tiny Yeses
Day 4 — Returning to My Rhythm
Day 5 — Holding Both Joy & Fear
Each day includes an opening whisper, an inner landscape, a short practice, reflection prompts and a gentle integration.
Move through the five days consecutively or at your own pace. Repeat a day, skip a prompt, pause and return, or simply read. On a low-capacity day, even a few minutes can be enough.
What you receive
One 25-page A5 digital PDF for personal use, including a standalone welcome, five guided daily chapters, a Quiet Completion, a phase-choice page and optional access to Celestia, the Womb Visions reflection companion. Blooming is complete without using Celestia.
Important overlap note
Blooming contains the same five core daily chapters as Phase II / Days 6–10 of the complete 21-Day Womb Visions Emotional Self-Care Journey, with additional standalone opening and completion pages.
If you already own the complete Journey, you already have the core Blooming chapters and do not need this Mini Journey separately.
Format
Digital PDF only. No physical product will be shipped. The PDF is not fillable or interactive. Read it on screen in a standard PDF reader or print one A5 copy for your personal use.
