Frances Floats at Edinburgh Fringe

At age 40, I was convinced that I would die alone, and childless. I had a successful acting career on Broadway, I was thinner than I had ever been, after a lifetime of struggling with my weight, and I was absolutely miserable. A chance meeting at a New England summer camp turned my world upside down. I moved from NYC to a tiny village in Midcoast Maine, got married, had two babies, got very fat, and got very, very happy. Frances Floats is my story of taking a leap on love, and finding happiness in the most unexpected of places.

After performing Frances Floats at several theatres in Maine, I took the next logical step, and brought it to the largest theatre festival in the world.
