Butterfly Wings

Digital chart and instructions in English (US terms) with detailed photos for creating 3 different butterfly wing patterns, Monarch, Morpho and Swallowtail, in mosaic crochet. These patterns use the overlay mosaic crochet technique.

Pattern includes instructions for creating a pillow and scarf, and you can use the charts to create anything from blankets to home decor, bags and apparel.

This is an intermediate level mosaic crochet pattern. The pattern is chart based and NOT written row by row. These charts have several special stitches, and each pattern includes a detailed photo tutorial of those stitches, as well as reference photos for completed rows. If you're new to mosaic crochet there are links to video tutorials within the pattern to help teach you the technique and how to read a chart pattern.
