• 24-bit WAV or AIFF files

• No clipping or limiter on the master buses

• At least -3dB headroom

• Files must start from 0:00

• BPM of the songs

• Reference track (optional but recommended)

• Severe mix issues may require a mix revision before mastering

• Additional revisions are charged separately

What files should I Send?

Please send:

• 24-bit WAV or AIFF files
• No limiter or clipping on the master buses
• At least -3dB headroom
• File starts at 0:00
• BPM of the songs
• Reference tracks (optional but recommended)

How long does mastering take?

2 - 4 working days from when we receive your files.

How many revisions are included?

1 revision is included per song with this service. Extra revisions can be purchased separately.

Does this include mixing?

No. This is for mastering only. Your tracks should already be fully mixed. If your tracks needs mixing, please purchase one of the Mixing services or the Mix & Mastering bundle.

Can you fix a bad mix in mastering?

Mastering can enhance a bad mix, but it cannot fix major balance, distortion or arrangement issues. If your mix has serious problems, we may recommend a mix revision before mastering.

Will my track be loud enough for Spotify & Apple Music?

Yes. Your masters will be:

• Optimised for streaming platforms
• Balanced for loudness, clarity & punch
• Delivered in stream-ready format

Do you offer refunds?

Because this is a custom service and time is allocated to your project, refunds are not guaranteed once work has started. If there's a genuine issue, we'll always do our best to resolve it fairly and professionally.

What genres do you master?

We specialise in Hip Hop, Rap, Grime & bass-driven music, but we also work with many other genres, if you're unsure, feel free to contact us.

Can I attend the session?

No. This is an online mastering service. This keeps turnaround fast and pricing affordable.
