Why You Should Build Your Booty!
Well-developed glutes can enhance your physical appearance, boosting your self-confidence and body image. However, it's important to remember that individual physiology varies, so the extent of muscle contraction you experience during an exercise might differ from another person's experience.

If you are a beginner, it's important to start at a comfortable weight, and later increase weights and volume over time for maximal muscle growth.
Diet plays a huge role during your weight-gaining process.
- Eat more calories than your body burns. It helps in creating a calorie surplus.
- Eat more proteins. Muscle is made of protein without which the extra calories would turn into fat. Eating sufficient protein is required to gain muscle weight instead of just fat.
- Include plenty of carbs and fat in your diet. Combining a high protein, fat and carbs diet can help gain weight, which should be incorporated in at least three meals daily. One may also choose to snack on high-energy snacks in between meals.
