Year 10 Health Unit 4: Sexual Wellbeing and Health Decisions (15 lessons, school licence)

Fifteen ready-to-teach Health lessons for Year 10, aligned to the final New Zealand Health and PE curriculum (Phase 4, published 15 September 2026).

Sexual wellbeing and hauora, values and culture, legal consent, healthy sexual relationships, contraception, condoms, STIs and testing, harmful sexual behaviour, misinformation, access to care and reducing shame. Lessons 1 to 5 build the ideas, 6 to 10 explore them, 11 to 15 apply them, and Lesson 15 is a class action lesson. Every lesson carries one te ao Māori anchor and a hauora focus.
