Dr. Dwight Roussaw is the founder of

Husbands United®, a husbands ministry offering husband's coaching, husband's mentoring, annual husband's conferences, husband retreats, monthly husbands huddle bible study and prayer call. Dr.

Dwight is a passionate speaker, he affectionately has a jubilant and unique teaching style, which involves using his God given capabilities.

Hidden secrets in a marriage or relationship becomes a spreading disease as cancer dispenses throughout the body, if detected sooner rather than later your marriage can be healed with the calling of help from the second to none surgeon Jesus who is the Christ!

Dr. Dwight's humbleness and dedication draws husbands to become Godly leaders in their marriage.

MEET HER:

Dr. Deidra Roussaw is the founder of TrulyWed Wives®, a wives ministry educating and training wives through coaching, mentoring, WifeCEO Masterminds and Mentorship’s, Wives on Fire Escapements, Wives Night Out Blitz Savvy Wife Tool Box, Romance Concierge and Signaturized Slumber Parties.

Dr. Deidra has helped a large number of wives with her astounding skills and knowledge. Her signature WifeStyle and WifePrenuer coaching brand is signaturized for wives with round table, mastermind sessions and VIP Days to improve the quality of the total wife.

Dr. Deidra is an author of a book she compiled with over 50 other wives titled "Wives on Fire!" She is a contributing author for Black CEO, featuring an anthropology book titled Black Woman by Birth Champion by Choice.

Dr. Deidra is a graduate and an alumni of South New Hampshire University, Success Mastery Coaching under the leadership of Dr. Stacia and Arianna Pierce and David Tutera Mentorship Program.

MEET THEM:

Mr. and Mrs. Dwight Roussaw, married August 8, 1998 exemplify the portrait of a Christ-centered and Christian-based marriage. They are the proud parents of one daughter and the loving grandparents of four grandchildren and (an grand angel).

Dwight and Deidra are licensed and ordained ministers, they responded to God’s call to participate in a marriage ministry in 2004. They began their journey by serving in leadership roles which included an Assistant Vice-President position for the Sharon Baptist Church Marriage Ministry in Philadelphia, Pa. under the leadership of Bishop Keith W. Reed Sr. Dwight & Deidra are currently serving as Ministers of Marriage and are servant leaders for 2 Be One Marriage Fellowship which is located

at The Resurrection Center in Wilmington, Delaware under the leadership of Bishop S. Todd Sr, Ph. D. & Pastor Cleo V. Townsend, Ph. D.

Mr. and Mrs. Roussaw value and credit their mentors, Pastor Emanuel Sr. and Lady Martina Lambert for their instrumental role in sharing their knowledge and experience and in providing effective training and guidance.

Both Dwight and Deidra are Certified Leadership and Relationship Coaches through World Coaching Institute and International Coaching Science Research Foundation. They are Certified Marriage Mentors through The Marriage Academy and they studied biblical counseling at:

• The Christian Research & Development;

• PAIRS Foundation (Redefining Relationships),

and are currently certified instructors for Family Dynamics Institute, teaching the “Dynamic Marriage” seminar to married and engaged couples. They are also members of the Beyond Affairs Network, Kingdom Chamber of Commerce and Toast Masters International.

This dynamic duo husband and wife team are the founders of TWOgether Marriages®, a marriage ministry that offers personalized coaching and mentoring programs. Additional programs fostering healthy relationships will include successful dating protocols.

They are hosts of the annual Marriage on FIRE Retreat, Marriage Sailabration, Magazine Publishers, hosts of the Marriage on Fire Radio Show host, TEDx and international speakers and authors of Marriage on Fire, journeying from ceremony to matrimony.

Dwight and Deidra are passionate about their vision of providing a faith-based ministry; applying God’s principles for marriage and offering both dating and married couples a biblical framework and platform for a spiritual and healthy relationship.

Dwight & Deidra are also the owners of Kairi's Travel®, which is a full service travel agency consisting of over 12 trained, certified and experienced travel consultants. They have been serving the travel industry since 1997. Their calling is Christian “group” & “couple” escorted tours. Both are experts in Caribbean and Cruise travel. Their expertise is priceless and their services are complimentary. They are destination wedding specialists, certified Sandals & Beaches WeddingMoons Specialists, Disney College of Knowledge graduates and members of CTO (Caribbean Tour Organization) and CLIA (Cruise Line International Associates).
