Lifestyle Revolution 12 week challenge
The lifestyle revolution 12 week challenge was birthed out of my journey of sobriety over the last 15 years. That’s right...I’ve been sober for 15 years and really loving life!
I wasted 14 good years on partying, drinking, doing drugs and many many hangovers. It all seemed fun at the time, but deep down I knew I needed to change. The truth is, I didn’t know how to change. It just seemed easier to just go with the flow and accept that life was meant to be that way. Eventually I reached my rock bottom. When you hit bottom you just can’t go any lower, so changing becomes the only option. It’s either stay at the bottom or make a decision to get up and change! I soon realized that with the right plan and strategy anything was possible.
When you make the decision to get off the bottom you come face to face with the cold hard reality of life, and you are faced with what looks like an impossible mountain to climb. But as the saying goes, “the journey of a thousand miles, always begins with the first step”. I took the first step, and as they say, the rest is history! I never looked back.
Maybe you find yourself in a place where life is dull, circumstances are challenging and change seems like.. a galaxy far far away... but I want to encourage you that developing a new lifestyle is totally possible and the rewards are out of this world!
That’s where this 12 week challenge comes in. You will be motivated, you will be inspired, you will learn things about yourself, and you will learn what you are truly capable of. You will develop a warrior mentality that will rise to any challenge and take the bull by the horns! You will look back after 12 weeks and thank yourself for rising to the challenge.
