Coffee Oreo

There is nothing better than a large iced coffee with cream and sugar pretty much any day of the week. If you’re looking for an ice cream that mirrors your favorite morning beverage, stop what you’re doing and churn this recipe as soon as you can! I use instant coffee (instead of drip coffee or whole beans) for ease and to reduce the amount of liquid in the base, ensuring a creamy finish and superb texture. The coffee flavor is present but not overwhelming, ideal for all levels of coffee drinkers. Since I am a firm believer that Oreos make everything better, I add some here, but this step is completely optional. The choice is yours, and I respect your decisions.
