Come Home to Calm — A Six-Week Journey Home to Yourself

Come Home to Calm is an intimate, six-week program for six women only. Not a course you consume alone in the background. A real experience, held together, with tools that work, time that is truly yours, and a space that feels genuinely safe.


What's included across your six weeks:

Week 1 — The Lighter Load Method

We start by getting everything out of your head and onto paper. All of it. The worry, the lists, the 3am thoughts. Out of your head and somewhere you can finally see it — and start to work with it.

Week 2 — The Guilt Release Worksheet

We go deeper. We look at what you've been carrying that was never actually yours to carry. The guilt. The borrowed weight. The impossible standards no one asked you to hold yourself to.

Week 3 — Rest & Restore — A Gentle Healing Kit

We talk about rest. Not the kind that leaves you still tired. The kind that actually fills you back up so you have something real to give — to them, and to yourself.

Week 4 — The Love and Recharge Planner

We build your rhythms. Not someone else's ideal routine. Yours. A way of moving through your days that fits your real life, your real family, your real energy.

Week 5 — The Steady System Protector

You've built something real. This week we make sure it survives. You'll create a personal plan for the hard weeks before they arrive — so you don't lose everything you've built the next time life gets loud.

Week 6 — Your Evidence File

Your one task this week is to read back every single page of your Evidence File — six weeks of your own words, your own proof. Then you come to our closing call and share one thing. One piece of evidence that you are enough.

Those six pages are what you leave with. Something to return to every time the doubt comes back, long after these six weeks are over.
