Shop Inventory & Reorder Planner — Excel Stock Tracker

A practical Excel stock tracker for small shops, market sellers and online stores. Keep one catalog of products and one log of purchases, sales, customer returns and stock adjustments. The workbook calculates on-hand quantity, stock value, reorder alerts and a suggested buy quantity for each SKU.

Includes Dashboard, Items, Movements and Start Here tabs. Prepare up to 100 unique SKUs and 500 movement entries. Filter the Items table to see products that need reordering. Input checks flag duplicate SKUs, missing item details and invalid movement rows; flagged movements do not change stock totals. The included examples are fictional and should be replaced before use.

The ₹ stock-value figure is a planning estimate based on current unit cost, not an accounting valuation. Use one shop, one stock pool and one currency per workbook. No barcode scanner, invoicing, tax calculation, bank or e-commerce integration. Adding more than the prepared rows requires extending formulas and summary ranges.
