My story & coaching approach

I created this space because I know what it feels like to struggle with food, body image, and trying to “do everything perfectly.” Over time, I learned that true change doesn’t come from restriction or pressure, it comes from balance, consistency, and learning to trust yourself again.


My coaching is designed to help you build a healthy lifestyle that actually fits your real life. No extreme rules, no guilt, no all-or-nothing mindset. Just simple, sustainable habits that support your body and your mental well-being.
