I have had such a journey with mental health, it is still an ongoing journey. I have always wanted to make an e-book to help people with their mental health issues, and share my journey, to show people they are not alone, and a lot more people have mental health problems, more than they think.

In this e-book, i give you different charities that can help you, techniques, my journey and also  types of mental health issues.
