This isn’t just another meditation or a pre-recorded track. This is a private, live, fully customized Yoga Nidra session, created to meet you exactly where you are, physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Once you purchase, you’ll complete a brief intake form that allows me to understand what you’re moving through: stress, burnout, insomnia, anxiety, or just a need to reset and reclaim peace.


I use that information to design a Yoga Nidra journey tailored to your current nervous system state and guide you through it live, at a time that works for both of us. Whether you need rest, clarity, grounding, or deep release, this session is about you and helping your body feel safe enough to soften. You’ll walk away with more than relaxation. You’ll leave with a practice you can return to again and again to regulate, reset, and remember who you are underneath the noise.

Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative, guided meditation practice designed to calm your nervous system and bring your body into a state of deep rest. It’s like a nap for your soul, but even more powerful. You’ll be gently guided into a state between wakefulness and sleep, where true healing and nervous system regulation can begin.


Is this session pre-recorded?

Nope. This is a live, one-on-one session custom-designed just for you. After you fill out your intake form, I’ll create a personalized experience based on what you’re needing most, whether that’s emotional release, nervous system support, or simply rest.


Do I need experience with meditation or Yoga Nidra?

Not at all. This session is perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. I’ll guide you every step of the way, all you need is a quiet space, something comfy to lie on, and an open heart.


How long is the session?

Each session is around 45-60 minutes, depending on what you need. We’ll confirm the timing together before we begin.


What if I fall asleep during the session?

That’s totally okay and actually very common. Your body will still receive all the benefits of the practice. Yoga Nidra works even when you’re not fully conscious, that’s part of the magic.


How do I schedule my session?

Once you complete your purchase, you’ll get a link to schedule your session at a time that works for both of us. I’ll also be in touch via email to confirm everything and make sure you feel prepared.
