Due to the digital nature of this product, there are no refunds once I start working on the custom sheet. Please reach out to me first to see if we are a good fit before purchasing!

How does the process work?

Once you've completed your purchase, we will set up a 30-minute call to review requirements and develop the scope of work for the project. To make the process most efficient, please think about the most important features you want and how you plan to use the spreadsheet in your daily operations. The clearer picture I have about how you use the sheet, the better!

During the development time, I will reach out to you if I have more questions in order to make sure the sheet matches your needs. This is a collaborative process to ensure you get the best sheet possible.

After I complete the sheet, we can set up a 30 minute delivery call to go over how to use the sheet, functions, and answer any questions.

What happens if I have questions about the sheet after delivery?

Simply reach out to me and I'm happy to answer any questions about the sheet. If you need more features, we can discuss how much it would cost to build more functionality into the sheet.

Is it possible to buy more development time?

For sure! You simply need to purchase another block of hours again and I can either build a new sheet for you or add on to an existing custom sheet.
