5x7 inch hand illustrated linocut print on vintage illustrated dictionary pages. These pieces are truly one of a kind- due to the nature of book pages and the nature of linocut prints, each print is going to look a bit different and feature slightly different book page illustrations.

Born from my urban garden in Rock Island, Illinois, this artwork reflects the intimate relationship between person and earth. Every carved line stems from direct observation of the botanicals that appear just outside my door.

The fusion of contemporary botanical art with historical book pages creates a conversation between past and present. Your print becomes a meditation on possibility and journey, each maple seed a reminder that great things come from small beginnings, carried on the wind toward unknown destinations.
