Hexi Pouffe (knitting pattern)

The squishy Hexi Pouffe is made from two hexis knitted in the round and a side panel strip which is knitted flat.

The pattern includes instructions for creating your own hexi cushion pad - made to measure for your own pouffe.

Knitted in my favourite shade of Rowan Handknit Cotton (Thunder) the Hexi Pouffe is finished with pom poms made from Rowan Alpaca Classic - which makes the most beautifully fluffy pom poms!

YARN
Rowan Handknit Cotton in Thunder 335 x 11 50g balls.
Rowan Alpaca Classic in Golden Girl 114 x 1 25g ball

NEEDLES
1 pair of 4mm (no 8) (US 6) needles.
4mm (no 8) (US 6) 80 cm (32 in) circular needle.
Set of 4 4mm (no 8) (US 6) 20cm (8 in) double pointed needles (unless working the magic loop method).

EXTRAS
35mm pom pom maker.
Piece of fabric approx. 1m x 1.5m.
Upholstery filling or bean bag beans.
Stitch markers.TENSION
20 sts and 33 rows to 10cm measured over hexi pattern using 4mm (US 6) needles.

FINISHED SIZE
Completed hexi diameter measures approx. 58cm (223/4 in).
Completed side panel depth measures approx. 10cm (4in).
