After you have purchased the โFit in 15 minutes plan which allows you to workout 15 to 20 minutes a day including rest days, you will be sent 1 week plan at a time that way you can follow in order without giving up. You will be sent your plan after purchase & it will be emailed directly to you within 1 hour of purchasing. After week 1 is completed, week 2 will sent out and so on until you reach week 4.
