Ice 40 Sprain - I can not run but i can crutch - 11 min

Sporty Ice is out on her daily  running... or run is maybe the wrong word since she has a sprained right ankle and is using crutches and for the moment cant run.But she can crutch and she do it like a real pro in this great crutching clip.
