Informative and Actionable

Extremely insightful breakdown of the science behind how to turn your body into a metabolically efficient machine without being too deep on the complexity for the layman. I feel that I've never seen this approach been delivered concisely and understandably, if ever actually being mentioned at all.

The 8 week protocol is really where the rubber met the road for me. It gave me tremendous flexibility to perform the exercise that I enjoy and after the first couple weeks of more focused dieting I was then able to enjoy a wide variety of foods in the quantity and way I like to enjoy them. HockMethod was also responsive in helping me with some specific questions I had to help tailor my diet suitably.
