POLY-SYN-001: Polymer Synthesis, Characterization and Optimization
POLY-SYN-001: Polymer Synthesis, Characterization and Optimization
PURPOSE: A standardized SoftwareTheses-ready prompt system for writing evidence-grounded polymer synthesis research papers from literature matrices, selected full-text papers, experimental records, and characterization data.
Deliverables included
· One comprehensive master prompt
· Sixteen standardized manuscript section prompts
· Route-specific conditional modules
· Sequential placeholders for 11 figures, 17 tables, 12 equations, 8 charts, and 8 diagrams
· Anti-fabrication, consistency, validation, sustainability, and scale-up controls

How to Use This Guide
1. Upload the literature matrix, selected full-text papers, study protocol, experimental data, spectra/chromatograms, statistical outputs, target-journal instructions, and any existing manuscript text.
2. Paste the Master Prompt once at the beginning of the SoftwareTheses workflow.
3. Generate one manuscript section at a time using the corresponding Section Prompt.
4. Replace every [INFORMATION REQUIRED] marker with verified study information. Replace [Ref] with a traceable source from the literature matrix.
5. Retain only conditional modules supported by the study. Record any section merging or omission required by the target journal.
6. Complete a final cross-section audit for terminology, sample codes, conditions, numerical values, visual numbering, citations, objectives, and conclusions.
