This group is an obstruction to justice and development.  It is a reproduction of an old image of a selfish perception of a dominant authoritative group seeking its interests and preventing others from being financially independent or self-sufficient condemning the victims to this fatalism of being unable to improve. It is very easy to recognize many unfortunate examples.
