Mobile Bar Quote Sheet: bar order, bartenders and client quote in one spreadsheet

Type in the guest count and the bar hours. The sheet gives you the order (cases of beer, bottles of wine, 1.75 L bottles of liquor, mixers, ice and sparkling for the toast), how many bartenders to book, what it all costs you, the price to the client and your margin. The numbers come from a former country-club banquet captain. 2 drinks per guest in the first hour and 1 per hour after. About 65% liquor and 35% beer and wine at a wedding. 1 bartender per 30 guests when everyone hits the bar at once after a ceremony, 1 per 50 when arrivals are spread out. Every rule is written out on the first tab, and you can change any of them.

The example inside is a 120-guest wedding with a 5-hour full bar: 5 cases of beer, 29 bottles of wine, 12 bottles of liquor, 59 L of mixers, 14 bottles of sparkling, 12 bags of ice and 4 bartenders. At the sample prices that is a $2,756.30 quote with a $905.30 margin. Put in your own prices and it's your quote.
