How it works:

Guests send an inquiry → it lands in your email (free Formspree account) → you confirm and take payment your way (bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe link…). You stay in control of every reservation — like most direct-booking hosts do.

Zero backend, zero monthly fees. No database, no server to maintain. All settings live in ONE config file (form address, prices, currency, booked dates) and all texts/photos in ONE content file. The README walks you through setup, customization and deployment step by step.

Honest limitations — please read:

- This is an inquiry template: it does not process payments or confirm bookings automatically (that's deliberate — see above).

- The calendar is maintained by you: when a booking comes in through any channel, you add those nights to the config (under a minute, explained in the guide). It does not auto-sync with Airbnb's calendar.

- Demo property, photos (Pexels) and reviews are sample content to replace with your own.

- Requires basic comfort with editing two text files and running npm install — or hire any freelancer for an hour; the source is standard React + Vite + Tailwind.

FAQ:

Do I need to know how to code? You need to edit two text files (settings + texts) following the guide, and run two commands. Everything else is copy-paste.

Can it take card payments? Not built in — by design. You collect payment directly after confirming an inquiry (PayPal/Stripe link/bank).

Does it sync with my Airbnb calendar? No automatic sync; you mark booked nights in one config line. The guide shows the 1-minute routine.

Can I use it for multiple properties? The template is built for one property per site (you can deploy a copy per property). A multi-property version is not included.

What do I need to host it? A free Vercel or Netlify account is enough.
