If I'm not happy with my purchase, can I get a refund?

Please contact me if you're not satisfied for any reason with your purchase. I do my best to ensure all clients are happy. Since all calibrations are done more than once, it's unlikely that a recalibration is necessary. A refund is extremely unlikely (and there hasn't yet been any request for one although that could occur), but I'll consider one on a case-by-case basis.

Is there a bonus?
