Coaching helps getting started on the right track and maintaining the coarse through all milestone phases from feasibility to construction. Coaching is a tool that can be utilize to make informed decisions, resolve issues and overcome roadblocks during the course of building your new ADU
Coaching provides one on one sessions designed to gain understanding, strategize and execute each phase of the building process. Sessions are tailored to provide assistance on specific client needs consisting of but not limited to determining property constraints such as easements, non-conforming issues and limitations, property land use designations, applicable local ADU regulations, plan preparation, filing and tracking agency review, plan check submittal and resubmittal processing, permit issuance, course of ADU construction and management thereof.
