Electrical Safety Awareness (Online Course)

Give your team a solid grounding in electrical safety, in about 15 minutes, on any phone, tablet or PC.

This interactive online course explains the dangers of working with or near electricity and what the law requires under the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. It covers how electric shock, burns, arc flash and fire happen, the risks of overhead power lines and buried cables, safe use of tools and extension leads, the importance of PAT and visual inspection, the role of RCDs and reduced low voltage (110V) on site, safe isolation and lock off, and what to do if someone suffers an electric shock.

Workers complete a short quiz and receive a dated certificate the moment they pass, giving you clear evidence of competence for your health and safety file.
