Feet come in all sizes and shapes - and so comes this pattern. Socks for Gnomes and Giants are tube socks in 7 sizes, which can easily be adjusted in length for a custom fit.

The spiralling pattern is very stretchy, which ensures that just 7 sizes are needed to fit everyone from newborn to adult large—or gnomes, giants and everyone in between.

The pattern comes with two options for the cuff and two for the toe.

Especially for children, tube socks are perfect because they fit for much longer, but they are great for adults too.

Pattern is written for a set of 5 dpns, you might have to adjust instructions for toe decreases if you use a different method.

Materials:

set of 5 dpns, 2.5 mm/US 1.5 (or needles for your preferred method to knit in the round)—or needle size required to get gauge

Baby - 130 m - 142 yds
Toddler - 170 m - 185 yds
Child - 215 m - 235 yds
Adult S - 255 m - 280 yds
