Come Into the Woods: FREE Nature Hunt + Discovery Journal

Sometimes the best lessons begin with a walk and a little curiosity.

This free two-page printable invites children to slow down, notice the small things and explore the nature around them. Look for textures, fallen leaves, seeds and animal clues, then choose one discovery to draw and learn more about.

Included:

• A nature hunt with six things to look for
• A discovery journal with room to sketch and write
• Gentle observation and curiosity prompts
• A research extension for older learners

With soft watercolor artwork and white printable pages, it’s a lovely companion for homeschool days, classroom nature walks or family adventures. Use it in the woods, at a park or right in your own backyard.

Free PDF download. Print as needed for personal or single-classroom use. No physical product will be shipped.
