One Day With Yourself
Sometimes you don't need a new system. You don't need a plan or a practice or a long list of goals. You just need a day with yourself.
One Day With Yourself is a guided journaling experience from Soul Gardn. There's no framework to learn. No transformation to perform. Just a quiet space to notice what you've been carrying, remember what it feels like to be fully yourself, and sit with at least one truth you've been avoiding.
It won't fix everything. It's not meant to.
But by the time you reach the last page, something will have shifted, quietly, genuinely, in how present you feel with yourself.
This is for you if:
You've been moving so quickly through your days that you can't remember the last time you were fully with yourself. You're somewhere in the in-between, not lost exactly, but floating between versions of yourself without language for it yet. You've tried the productivity systems and the self-optimization and none of it has felt rooted to anything real. Or you simply felt a quiet pull toward yourself today, and you followed it.
What's inside:
A personal letter from Tricia
A grounding ritual
Four guided journal prompts
Space to write on every page
A closing from Tricia that acknowledges what you just did
What to expect:
This is not a workbook. It is not a course. It is a practice. A single, complete experience of returning to yourself. Set aside one uninterrupted hour. Find somewhere quiet. Put your phone face down. The questions will do the rest.
A note on printing:
One Day With Yourself can be used digitally, on a tablet with an Apple Pencil or stylus, or printed at home. If you choose to print, A4 or letter size works well. There's something about putting pen to paper for this kind of work.
What happens after:
If you want to keep coming back to yourself, Soul Gardn is here every Thursday. It's a journaling and reflection practice that lives on Substack, the same voice, the same world, every week.
