Lineless Chibi Cat Base

A lineless cat base! Please make sure your art program can open psd files before downloading!

This base has a total of 12 layers! There are no add-ons, like different expressions, tails, etc You will get what you see here! You'd have to add onto it yourself!

You may use my bases for anything! (Adopts, personal use, YCH/base fill commissions, custom commissions)

Editing my bases is fine! I normally use the dip pen (hard), felt tip pen (hard), and soft mapping pen (bleed) brushes in ibis paint!

If you cannot find a brush that matches the soft mapping pen (bleed) brush, tracing over my FREE to use bases is fine, as long as you credit me!

Refunds will not be provided for my PTU bases!

Do NOT redistribute my PTU bases, EVER! If someone wants to use them, send them a link for them to purchase the base for themselves!
