Silent meditation
A participant reads a verse from 'The Seven Steps to Awakening' by Michael Langford. He says that he needs to change the verses he focuses on as his mind is changeable.
Tom shares that the ego has 'selection bias' when choosing verses to read. He suggests reading the introduction to 'The Seven Steps to Awakening' carefully. "The quotes are practice instructions...doorways to Liberation".
Tom explains why he often says 'all is always well'.
