Ostara Returns

Ostara Returns - a simple song to welcome in the spring, written on this year's sunny and rainy spring equinox!

Lyrics:

Ostara returns now the winter is dead

Embroidering the trees with a green silk thread

Opening each bud with a delicate hand

Bringing colour and light as she decorates the land

This can be sung as a lone melody line with a drone from a shruti box (or app)

Or the drone can be a chant layered up, and a second melody line following the first.

The learning track starts with the drone chants, then each line of the melody repeated x4 to make learning easier. Finally the melody all through with the drone chants and second melody line. Please always contact me if there's something that isn't clear.
