Synopsis:

Charlotte Amara Rivera has always hidden behind the glow of her screens and the adoration of millions online. Known only as the elusive digital artist C.A.R., whose artwork captivates the world. Yet behind every line and color is a woman haunted by grief, bound by guilt, and terrified of being truly seen.

When an unexpected invitation brings her to Europe for an international art exhibit, Charlotte vows to protect her identity. But the city’s sunlit streets lead her into unexpected friendships and the pull of a man who seems determined to quietly break past her walls. That makes her feel a warmth she is no longer sure she deserves.

As her anonymity slips away, the fragile world she has built begins to crumble, dragging her back into a pain so vivid that it feels as if the tragedy happened only yesterday. Now, with old wounds reopened and her heart unexpectedly stirred, she must choose to remain in the shadows where it is safe or face everything by stepping into the light.
