Movement and Mobility by Brianna
Welcome to OCRA Movcement program. This program was designed by Brianna Lewis who manages the gym and runs our movement class. If you are new to mobility work, there are no wrong movements. You want it to feel good for YOUR body. You may opt to use a different technique for any muscle group if you find it provides a better muscular release, more stimulation or a better/more comfortable position.
With any mobility exercise, the goal is to keep the pain scale to a 6-7/ 10. If it is too high, your central nervous system will detect a threat, shut down and you will not be able to reap the awesome benefits mobilizing will add to your fitness regime.
If you aren’t feeling anything, then you haven’t found the spot within that muscle that needs your love; shift position or add a bit more pressure.
