My Calmer 90 Days is a 90-day guided planner in three phases — a new skill each week, with your own Day-1 and Day-90 snapshot. Ninety days of small, structured daily practices that help you notice your anxious patterns, park your worries instead of carrying them all day, practise more balanced thinking, and build a wind-down routine for sleep — with a chart where you record your own days.

WHO IT'S FOR

Adults who would describe themselves as anxious or overthinking in everyday language — who run a household or a busy job, keep mental lists that never switch off, and have bought a self-care journal before and abandoned it because it was just blank pages. This is a planner first: it organises your day, with a guided system inside it. Start on any day of the year; it's undated, and a missed day is a data point, not a failure — just turn the page.

HOW IT WORKS — about ten minutes a day

Morning (2 minutes): a 1–10 check-in, one line — "Today, calm looks like…" — a Top 3, and one brave step. During the day: worries go in the Worry Parking Lot as they show up. They get an appointment, not your whole day. One Worry Window (15 minutes): open the lot, sort each worry into a tiny plan or a let-pass, close the page. Evening (3 minutes): brain-dump tomorrow onto paper, 5-4-3-2-1 grounding, two minutes of slow breathing, one good thing, sleep-prep ticks, and an evening check-in. Weekly: a Weekly Review gathers your numbers, and you plot the week on your 90-Day Progress Chart.

THE THREE PHASES

Phase 1 · Steady the Day (Days 1–28): the Daily Rhythm, the Worry Parking Lot, the scheduled Worry Window, breathing and grounding, the sleep wind-down. Phase 2 · Work the Thoughts (Days 29–56): spotting automatic thoughts, full thought records, the thinking-traps checklist, and the "Can I act on it?" sort. Phase 3 · Live Bigger (Days 57–90): the Brave Steps Ladder, behaviour experiments, your own Calm Toolkit, and a setback plan for rough weeks. Day 1 opens with a Baseline Snapshot; Day 90 answers the identical questions. Same questions, ninety days apart, in your own words.

PLEASE NOTE

My Calmer 90 Days is a wellness and organisation tool. It is not a medical product, it is not counselling, and it is not a substitute for professional care. It contains no medical advice and makes no promise about how you will feel. The practices are drawn from widely published self-help approaches (NHS self-help guides and popular workbooks), and a Sources page in the book points to further reading. If anxiety is affecting your ability to work, care for yourself or your family, or enjoy your life, please talk to your doctor or a licensed mental-health professional. New to the method?
