A focused hour on your search, one to one.

Bring your price range, your brief, your timeline and your non-negotiables, and we'll map them against the live market and the 31 neighbourhoods in my guide. You'll leave with one or two neighbourhoods to focus on, the ones to rule out and why, and the credibility steps to take before your next viewing. If you are earlier on in your search and want to use the call to ask questions and get guidance, this is fine too but it will be less structured.

I take a small number of these each month. After you book, I'll send you a short form so I can prepare properly, and you'll get a written summary afterwards so nothing is lost.
