Nature of Services
All services provided are educational, coaching, training, technical assistance, troubleshooting, and general guidance services only.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Radio station setup assistance
- Broadcast technical assistance
- Audio processing guidance
- Streaming and automation software guidance
- Presenter coaching
- Voice artist coaching
- Sound engineering assistance
- Radio management coaching
- General broadcasting and media-related coaching
No service provided constitutes professional legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment, regulatory, compliance, employment, medical, or other licensed professional advice.
No Guarantee of Results
The Client acknowledges and agrees that all coaching, guidance, recommendations, demonstrations, examples, technical assistance, and educational materials are provided without any guarantee of success, performance, outcome, profitability, revenue generation, audience growth, technical functionality, business success, regulatory approval, employment opportunity, or any other specific result.
Every broadcasting operation, computer system, software environment, business, station, and individual is different. Results will vary based on numerous factors outside the control of the Service Provider.
No promise, warranty, representation, or guarantee is made regarding any particular outcome.
Client Responsibility
The Client remains solely responsible for all decisions, actions, implementations, configurations, purchases, business activities, broadcasts, technical changes, operational choices, and other activities undertaken before, during, or after any coaching session.
The Client acknowledges that they must exercise their own independent judgment and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
The Service Provider does not direct, instruct, require, or compel the Client to take any specific action.
Any action taken by the Client based on information discussed during coaching sessions is undertaken entirely at the Client's own discretion and risk.
Independent Decision-Making
All information, examples, demonstrations, suggestions, opinions, technical guidance, and educational content are provided solely for informational and educational purposes.
The Client is responsible for independently evaluating whether any information, recommendation, workflow, configuration, software setup, business approach, or technical solution is appropriate for their particular circumstances.
The Client understands that they are under no obligation to follow any suggestion discussed during a session.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, financial, business, technical, operational, reputational, regulatory, or other losses, damages, costs, claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from or related to:
- Coaching sessions
- Technical assistance sessions
- Software recommendations
- Broadcast operations
- Radio station setup activities
- Business decisions
- Software configurations
- Streaming activities
- Equipment purchases
- Revenue or profit expectations
- Loss of income
- Loss of data
- Service interruptions
- Compliance matters
- Any action or omission by the Client
The Client assumes full responsibility for all outcomes resulting from their decisions and actions.
Third-Party Software and Services
The Service Provider may discuss, demonstrate, or assist with third-party software, hardware, services, websites, platforms, or applications.
The Service Provider does not own, control, warrant, endorse, or guarantee the operation, availability, suitability, legality, security, compatibility, or performance of any third-party product or service unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Client remains responsible for evaluating and complying with all applicable licenses, terms of service, regulations, and requirements relating to any third-party product or service.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, booking, attending, participating in, or receiving any coaching, technical assistance, support session, consultation, training session, or related service, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and limitations. more about.
