This program is based off of the
“Adonis Index Ratio”
(Adonis index Ratio is a mathematically proven formula created by our ancestors to build a perfect male body. The mathematics formula is expressed as 1:1.68 it is your waist and shoulder ratio.) Google it.
The ideal of “Adonis” appease to this ratio.
Meaning you will hit:
-legs 1x a week
-chest shoulders 2x a week
-Back and arms 2x a week
The movements included in this program are very simple and can be performed with basic equitment you can find anywhere.
Cardio is done 3x a week
-Aerobic cardio 1x
-Metabolic Cardio or HITT 2x a week
Abdominals are isolated each day
-obliques
-lower abdomen
-upper abdomen.
Nutrition
-can be used for cutting
-can be used for bulking
