Structural Anatomy of MSO and DSO Arrangements

Medicine and dentistry are read as a single subject because, structurally, they are: dental consolidation is the older and more fully documented instance of the same model now spreading into medicine, and reading the two together lets the mature instance inform the emerging one. The discipline throughout is substance over form — locating an arrangement on the range from sound, where form and substance agree, to fragile, where form conceals a different substance.
