In here you will find 3 programs. 1 will be a strength block for 4 weeks, 1 will be a hypertrophy block & the other will be nutrition that i follow.
Both lifting programs have been designed by myself and have the following: Exercise, Reps/Sets, Tempo and also rest times. Both blocks are tough, so make sure to follow rest times and be sure to warm up for 10mins at least!
Note: Im not a personal trainer but have been in training and educating myself for years. Both blocks are what i have used to build my physique and where i noticed my best gains. I have also added in the foods that i eat daily, with protein, carbs, fats and a calorie target for both 4 week blocks. Please ensure you're focusing on recovery and stretching daily! If you feel its too strenuous, eliminate any day and work into a 6 day training week! If you're new to training and need help. Dont hesitate to message me! I'll help as much as i can!
