We will be focusing on empowering yourself with your sexual trauma

This is going to be self healing and group healing. We will be looking at the many areas sexual trauma can make you who you are and how to recognize certain characteristics and behaviors. Also, how it can be used in energy work.

This class will also include one or more timeline healing journeys, along with alignment to most healed timeline
