Wibbly Wobbly Time Loop Cowl

This fun-to-knit cowl is completely reversible and finished with a contrast i-cord edging. Works for guys or gals and is completely customizable. It can also be pulled up over the head to keep the ears warm.

Pattern includes hints for customizing as a wimple and a wrap and for substituting different yarns. 

Skills required: Cat Bordhi’s Moebius Cast on, knitting in the round, applied i-cord bind off
The pattern is suitable for advanced beginner to intermediate knitters.
Yarn weight: Worsted/aran 
Gauge: 17 stitches and 20 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch; 17 stitches and 40 rows in ribbing pattern
Needle size: US 8/5.0 mm
Yardage: 250 - 300 yards (229 - 274 m) plus 50 yards/46 m for contrast bind off. Contrast bind off only utilizes about 50 yd/46 m so you can easily use stash yarn for the project. 
Sizes available: One size suitable for older child to adult with instructions for customizing to wrap or longer cowl

The horizontal ribbing stitch pattern pulls inward vertically so the row gauge in the pattern is listed as 40 rows per 4 inches. Though it looks like a mistake, is actually correct.
