I suggest using VRCFury to help you install if you're going to go the unity route

It's made from scratch by me, NitroKittyVR

I setup the fbx in unity with a prefab, ONE material, and all three texture files

You'll get a purple satin texture, floral texture (royalty free), and a black lace texture (hand-drawn)

You may not reuse the purple or black lace texture, but the floral print is image generated so feel free.

This dress is 2,808 tris (polys)

Weighted and rigged to PandaaBears Female Base V1

If your version of this base is an edit there will be clipping, I don't mind helping though. You can message me on Discord if you want it custom fit (no extra charge)
