Terms of Service

• Must credit my discord tag (k.dance) AND my shop (Payhip) if using commercially
• Must credit & link to me somehow (My Discord, Payhip, or Tiktok) if using to make content
• Cannot upoload as public or give away on free avatars
• Cannot take the provided textures for other purposes.
• Do not include the INSTALL folder in any redistributed avatar projects. If you would like to sell an avatar using my system, you need to install it manually. Please do not redistribute the prefab or included layers.
• Cannot resell my system, edited or not. Must be on a complete avatar. 
• No refunds as this is digital content.

For commissioned avatars: both seeker and artist must hold a Personal License, or the artist must work under a Commercial License with their own textures

Note: Personal and Commercial licenses are separate paths; each must be purchased individually.
