Pay once. Two PDFs are sent straight away: A4 and US Letter. Nothing is posted in the mail. Print at 100% on ordinary paper. Use card for the cards, the chain, the tags and the certificate. Reprint the weekly and daily pages as often as you like. Personal use, and one classroom. Do not resell or share the files.
