Each of our inclusion loaves starts with the same nourishing base: pure European flour that’s unbleached and non-bromated, and triple-filtered reverse osmosis water, brought together through slow, traditional fermentation for exceptional flavor and digestibility. From there, we fold in premium ingredients to create loaves that are as beautiful as they are delicious.

The result is a soft, airy interior swirled or dotted with rich flavors, wrapped in a perfectly crisp, golden crust.
