The buyer has the right to:

✅ Use in up to 1 music videos.

2. Restrictions:

🚫 The beat remains the exclusive property of the producer.

🚫 The beat can continue to be sold to other clients (non-exclusive license).

🚫 Modifications to the beat are only allowed for mixing/mastering.

🚫 This agreement comes into effect on the date of its signature and will remain valid for the 2-year license term.

3. Copyright

1 - The buyer acknowledges that he/she does not have any copyright over the Beat. Therefore, the buyer acknowledges that he/she does not own the copyright to the instrumental beat. The beat remains the property of Fidelson Beats, which holds all registration rights with copyright societies (CMOs).2 - The buyer is not authorized to register the instrumental as his/her own work with any collective rights management organization, nor to activate Content ID with the isolated beat.

The buyer must credit the producer as follows:
