This is a model of a small business building. It has a roughly 20’ by 30’ footprint. Feel free to customize the sides with paper siding material if that will make it fit better on your model railroad.

I print my models on a filament (FDM) printer. That's what they're designed to be printed on. I printed this structure at 30% infill. Print the structure floor-side down and no supports will be needed.
