Engel & Volkers FCPX Video Title

Brand guide compatible FCPX branding for Engel and Volkers real estate videos.  I made this personally, to match the E&V branding guidelines for a real estate brokerage in my area. Engel and Volkers is a worldwide brand, and so this may be useful to others. Brand guidelines include information about the length of the red line as it relates to length of title, so this setting can be changed. 

Made for Final Cut Pro X exclusively.

• You need two fonts installed on your system. Helvetica Neue (maybe already have) and NewtextEF ML. Those fonts are not distributed by this download. 

INSTALLATION
Use this Final Cut Pro X (FCPX) effect by

1. downloading it, 
2. unzipping it
3. placing the newly unzipped folder into your "Movies > Motion Templates > Titles " Folder. 
4. Open FCPX and use your new Engel and Volker branded video title.
